What a sealed dossier looks like

Fictitious example: a credit-scoring AI system deployed by an Italian bank. Names, documents and hashes are illustrative only — real dossiers are generated inside your workspace and can be checked on the verification page.

Append-only ledger

Each event stores the SHA-256 hash of the previous one, so any later change breaks the chain. This is an integrity fingerprint, not a qualified eIDAS timestamp.
