1. Service
law.ai-eu-act.xyz is a B2B compliance-documentation platform operated by Maison Sasson Ltd. It helps legal professionals document human oversight of AI-assisted decisions, generate compliance dossiers and maintain tamper-evident audit trails.
The service is a documentation and evidence tool. It is not legal advice, not a certification, and does not guarantee regulatory compliance or admissibility in court.
2. Accounts and security
Accounts are for professional use. Two-factor authentication (TOTP, AAL2) is mandatory. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and vault passphrases; lost vault passphrases cannot be recovered by us.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Plans are billed in EUR via PayPal, monthly or annually (annual billing applies a 20% discount). Prices exclude VAT where applicable and are final according to the fiscal status of Maison Sasson Ltd. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Additional dossier seals are one-time purchases.
The 30-day trial requires no payment method and includes two free dossiers.
4. Cryptographic integrity
SHA-256 hash chains provide internal cryptographic integrity evidence: they make subsequent alteration detectable. They are not a qualified electronic timestamp under eIDAS; QTSA-qualified timestamping is reserved for future developments. Cryptographic integrity alone does not prove meaningful human oversight.
5. Acceptable use
You must not upload unlawful content, attempt to circumvent plan limits or access controls, or use the platform to misrepresent evidence. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or professional protections. Contact: legal@ai-eu-act.xyz.
